Who we are

Hazumi Labs is operated by Hazumi LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hazumi LLC.

This policy explains what information we handle when you visit hazumilabs.com and, in general terms, when you use software we make.

This website

This site has no accounts, forms or advertising, and we do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Some limited technical information is still processed when you visit:

• Hosting and security. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages, maintain security and protect against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information associated with requests to the site, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages and security-related information.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites.
• Operational logs. We use Cloudflare’s observability tools to monitor the reliability, performance and security of the site and to troubleshoot technical problems. These logs may contain technical information about requests, such as IP addresses, browser or user-agent information, requested URLs, timestamps, response information and related security or performance metadata.
• Fonts and files. All typefaces and other files are served from this site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other third party to load them.

Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Our apps

Each app we release will describe its specific data practices in its store listing and, where needed, in an app-specific notice. Across our software, we aim to:

• collect only the information a feature needs to work;
• keep data on your device where practical;
• never sell your personal information.

Some apps may include features powered by artificial intelligence. Where a feature sends content you provide to a third-party AI service to produce a result, the app will say so and identify the provider.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Retention

We keep personal information and technical logs only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, including security and troubleshooting, or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
